Sporting Lagos duo, Edward Ochigbo and Samuel Umoh have been invited to the Nigeria U-15 team.
The duo’s invitation was celebrated by Sporting Lagos on the social media.
“Congratulations to Edward Ochigbo & Samuel Umoh on their national team call-up,” the club wrote on their X handle.
“The boys have been called up for the 3-Nation U-15 Developmental Tournament in Rabat, Morocco. Best of luck boys!.”
Edward, according to reports will captain the team at the competition.
The two players were discovered during the NPFL youth league tournament.
